Internship Program

About the Program:

At BRAC Bank, we are dedicated to grooming future-ready talent and advancing youth capability development to support long-term growth in Bangladesh. Our Internship Program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world banking experience.

Program Details:

Duration: 3 months
Monthly Stipend: BDT 15,000 per month
Eligibility:

• Internship request from the respective university.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with assigned tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute ideas.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a proactive willingness to learn.
• Take part in learning and development activities designed to build practical workplace skills.

What we are looking for:

• A strong interest in learning and professional development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork mindset.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong academic background with interest in banking, finance, technology or corporate functions.
