Manager, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the design and implementation of the bank’s Data Management Framework to ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and security.
Design, develop, and maintain accurate, intuitive, and actionable management dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
Manage end-to-end analytical support for retail and business campaigns using data-driven customer segmentation and profiling.
Identify high-propensity customer segments for targeted product and sales initiatives.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-graduation/graduation preferably in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic record.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in data management, business intelligence, and commercial or campaign analytics preferably in banking and financial institution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Customer-centric, self-motivated, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
