Job Description / Responsibility
- Learn and understand the products and services of the company.
- Call and contact potential and existing clients to promote products and make sales.
- Convince customers to purchase and encourage repurchase by building good relationships.
- Handle customer questions, problems, and complaints politely and professionally.
- Collect feedback from customers and share it with the team to improve products and services.
- Suggest solutions based on customer needs and feedback.
- Keep clear records of all customer calls, sales, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Work Schedule: 6 days in a week
