Bangladesh Military Academy (BMA) invites applications from the candidates with excellent academic and research background for the following positions (Initial recruitment for 6 months which is extendable).

Name of the Post
Qualifications

In House Lecturer:
1) Psychology   
2) International Relations (IR)
3) Economics 
4) BBA (Accounting, Marketing, Management, Management Information Systems & Human Resources Management & Finance)
 

Salary Benefit: Monthly Tk 40,000.00 (fixed) and 2 Eid Festival Allowances at half of the salary

Minimum CGPA of 3.25 both in Honours and Masters (Out of 4.00) from any reputed public/private university.

Candidates having experience in faculty position / higher credentials (MPhil/PhD) will get priority.

Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated to appear at a selection test (Written, Demonstration and Viva Voce) on 06 November 2026 at 0900 hrs (Location-Bangladesh Military Academy). The email must contain soft copies of following documents in a zip file format:

  • An application with complete Curriculum Vitae (CV) containing all academic qualifications and experiences.
  • Passport size photograph.
  • Copy of NID card. 
  • All academic certificates and transcripts.

Notes: Candidates are requested to bring the following documents/items while coming for selection test:

  • A power point presentation (PPT) on his/ her subject so that, if selected in written test, can be utilized in the demonstration class (only for In-House lecturer)
  • Original copies of all academic certificates and transcripts.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
  • Selected candidates to be mentally ready to join as soon as possible.
