The Bangla-German Sampreeti (BGS) invites applications from eligible and interested vendors / service providers for formal vendor enlistment for a period of two (2) years from July 2026-June 2028.

Eligible Vendor Categories:

  • Printing, Packaging and Designing items
  • General Suppliers (Construction Materials, hardware & sanitary fittings, Cleaning Materials etc.)
  • Hotel and Accommodation Service Providers
  • Food Items
  • Restaurant/Hotel for food delivery services
  • ICT (Hardware, Equipment, Software, & Services)
  • WASH related goods like all sort of hardware materials related for Tube-well and Latrines repairs/installation and water testing.
  • Furniture & Fixture
  • Stationary & Office Maintenance
  • Rent-A-Car/Vehicle Rental Service Providers
  • Construction Contractor
  • Vehicles parts and Workshop (Motor Garage & Eng. workshop)
  • Repair and Maintenance Service Providers (all categories)
  • Gift Item Manufacturers/Suppliers
  • Electric/Electronic Supplier
  • Internet, Software, IT Support service Providers

Application and Submission Guidelines: Interested vendors are required to submit a completed Vendor Enlistment Application Form along with all updated constitutional and legal documents. Submissions must be made in both hardcopy and softcopy formats as specified below:

1. Submission of Softcopy: Applications must be emailed to: [email protected] (Please use the subject line: "Application for Vendor Enlistment _Your Company Name _ Category Name".)

2. Submission of Hardcopy: Applications must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the address, 4/16 (1st floor), Block-B, Humayun Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka-1207 (clearly marked with the vendor category).

3. Mandatory Regulatory and Legal Documentation: To be eligible for consideration, applications must include clear copies of the following documents:
i). Current Trade License (updated/renewed for the fiscal year 2026)
ii). VAT Registration Certificate
iii). Income Tax Certificate (updated)
iv). Bank Statement (minimum last three month) or Bank Solvency Certificate (if applicable).
v). Work experience certificates.
vii). Clients lists

  2. BGS reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
