REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Bandarban Hill District Council (BHDC) invites proposals (Technical and Financial) from qualified construction firms/individuals for the construction of a Solar Powered Cold Storage Facility under the International Labour Organization (ILO)-supported “Promoting Gender Responsive Enterprise Development and TVET Systems (ProGRESS)” Project. Construction firms/individuals with demonstrated experience in the construction of solar-powered cold storage facilities are encouraged to submit proposals. Working experience in the Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT) region will be given priority. Detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) are available on the BHDC website: www.bhdc.gov.bd Proposals must be addressed to the Chairman, Bandarban Hill District Council, Bandarban Hill District.
