Invitation for Hiring External Experts for End Line Survey

The ASP Foundation invites applications from qualified and experienced external experts/consultants to conduct an End Line Survey under its ongoing community awareness initiatives focused on Peacebuilding, Conflict Resolution, and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) awareness among Rohingya communities.
Assignment Title
End line Survey on Advocacy Awareness regarding Peacebuilding, Conflict Resolution, and GBV Impacts in Rohingya Communities
Background
The project has been implementing community-based advocacy and awareness sessions aimed at strengthening peaceful coexistence, reducing community-level conflict, and increasing awareness regarding the impacts and prevention of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) within Rohingya communities.
Assessing community awareness and behavioral changes related to:
Community awareness initiatives focused on Advocacy & Leadership Development, Human Rights & Gender Equity, Peacebuilding and conflict resolution and Gender Based Violence (GBV) awareness with Case management process under Protection and Security support system as legal assistance among Rohingya community. Including impacts on three of Advocacy training:
1. Advocacy & Leadership Development
2. Human Rights and Gender Equity
3. Peacebuilding & Conflict resolution and a protection training:
GBV & Case management system in edition Legal Support
To assess the effectiveness, outcomes, and overall impact of these interventions, ASP Foundation seeks to engage external experts to conduct a professional end line survey and provide analytical findings and recommendations.
Survey Duration: 15 June 2026 to 25 June 2026
Scope of Work:
The selected consultant/expert will be responsible for:
- Designing appropriate end line survey methodology and tools
- Conducting field-level data collection
- Assessing community awareness and behavioral changes related to:
- Peacebuilding and Conflict Resolution
- GBV awareness and its impacts
- Assessing community awareness and behavioral changes related to:
Community awareness initiatives focused on Advocacy & Leadership Development, Human Rights & Gender Equity, Peacebuilding and conflict resolution and Gender Based Violence (GBV) awareness with Case management process under Protection and Security support system as legal assistance among Rohingya community.
Including impacts on three of Advocacy training:
1. Advocacy & Leadership Development
2. Human Rights and Gender Equity
3. Peacebuilding & Conflict resolution and a protection training:
- GBV & Case management system in edition Legal Support
- Conducting interviews, focus group discussions, and stakeholder consultations as required
- Analyzing collected data and findings
- Preparing and submitting a comprehensive end line survey report with recommendations
Required Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- Proven experience in conducting assessments evaluations, or end line surveys
- Strong understanding of humanitarian and Rohingya context
- Expertise in Peacebuilding, Conflict Resolution, and GBV programming
- Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
- Previous experience, working with NGOs/INGOs will be considered an advantage
Deliverables
The consultant/expert shall submit:
- Inception plan and survey tools
- Clean and organized data sets
- Draft end line report
Final comprehensive report with recommendations and findings
