ANANDO is implementing the “Sustainable WASH and Humanitarian Innovation for Local Transformation (SHIFT) Project,” funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). The ANANDO-SHIFT Project Office invites sealed bids for the construction of inclusive single-chamber twin-pit latrines.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 27 October 2026, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the ANANDO-SHIFT Project Office, Jadimora, Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar. Remote participants may join online using the link below.

Hard copies of the technical and financial bids will be accepted. The technical documents (including TIN, BIN, Trade Licence, bank solvency certificate, evidence of relevant experience, and any other tender-related documents) and the financial proposal must be prepared separately and enclosed in one sealed packet. Bids must be submitted in strict accordance with the ITB guidelines to the following address:

Alternative Submission Method: Bidders from remote areas may submit their tenders via email to [email protected]  within the specified deadline. However, hard-copy submission is strongly encouraged and preferred.
