Assistant Manager, Marketing

Department: Marketing

Job Location: Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote AEGIS’s diverse service portfolio.
• Strengthen brand equity by designing and executing a well-balanced marketing mix aligned with business objectives.
• Drive business growth forecasting using historical data, consumer insights, and market trends.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights studies to identify new opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, service innovations, and brand extensions to expand the portfolio.
• Oversee digital presence, including social media platforms, website content, and online campaigns.
• Develop high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, corporate presentations, proposals, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Represent AEGIS at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to enhance visibility and partnerships.
• Track and report on marketing KPIs such as lead conversion, ROI, CAC, and engagement metrics.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance analytics and insights.

Required Educational Qualification & Experience:

• BBA/MBA with a major in Marketing from a reputed university.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in the service industry, facility management or B2B marketing is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Age:

• Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills in both English and Bangla.
• Demonstrate good negotiation skill
• Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
• Within 35 years of Age.
