Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing sales strategies to achieve the company’s annual business targets in the real estate sector. The role includes managing property sales, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely collections, and driving overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the Annual Business Plan.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
- Manage cash flows and timely collection of receivables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant industry experience in sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of financial management and cash flow handling
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
