Position: Senior Executive, Store Expansion |
Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage an assigned territory and identify high-potential general stores, retail shops, and local businesses for conversion into Shwapno outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to map potential locations and build a strong pipeline of prospective outlets.
- Approach and engage shop owners, investors, and other external stakeholders to generate expansion opportunities.
- Present the Shwapno Express business proposition and negotiate commercial terms with prospective partners.
- Conduct initial site assessments based on location potential, business viability, customer catchment, and operational suitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, site evaluation and outlet conversion.
- Follow up throughout the conversion process to ensure timely onboarding of new outlets.
- Maintain territory-wise prospect and conversion data and provide regular updates on pipeline and achievement.
- Achieve assigned territory-wise outlet acquisition and conversion targets.

Additional Requirements
- Age at least 21 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Territory Sales, Retail Sales, Distribution, Business Development, or similar field-based roles.
- Experience in TSO/TSE, Territory Officer, Territory Manager, TSM, Sales Officer, or similar roles will be preferred.
Salary
- Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
