Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Record call details and update CRM systems as needed
- Work closely with the team and supervisors to meet quality benchmarks
Employment Status: FullTime
Educational Requirements
- HSC
- A Level
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- IELTS
- Skills Required: Telecommunication, Call Center Operation, Telemarketing, Outbound and Inbound Calls
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
Job Location: Dhaka (Khilkhet)
Salary: Tk. 23000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits
- T/A, Performance bonus, Over time allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
- Salary Review: Yearly
- Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
- Sales Bonus : 3000 to 25000 BDT [ Based on performance ]
- Yearly Contract Reward : 25000 to 50000 BDT [ Based on yearly contract ]
