Job Description / Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Record call details and update CRM systems as needed
  • Work closely with the team and supervisors to meet quality benchmarks

Employment Status: FullTime

Educational Requirements

  • HSC
  • A Level
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • IELTS
  • Skills Required: Telecommunication, Call Center Operation, Telemarketing, Outbound and Inbound Calls

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply

Job Location: Dhaka (Khilkhet)

Salary: Tk. 23000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • T/A, Performance bonus, Over time allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
  • Salary Review: Yearly
  • Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
  • Sales Bonus : 3000 to 25000 BDT [ Based on performance ]
  • Yearly Contract Reward : 25000 to 50000 BDT [ Based on yearly contract ]
